Administrative Office Assistant- part time

Job Description Job Description Immediate Opening for Business Minded Admin. Assistant Part Time, Entry Level Position. 30-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Starting pay $17.00 per hour + overtime. Salary increase depends on employee performance. Paid holidays and vacation after trial period of 3 months. Must be flexible with hours and job assignment/duties Able to work independently with accuracy in a fast paced office. 3 years prior office experience . Must have a Professional demeanor and attitude. Must have a "CAN DO ATTITUDE" Willing to do a variety of jobs including but not limited to: customer service, answering phones, ordering parts, inventory, restocking, billing, lifting, open and closing office, spreadsheets, emails, problem solving, any task that needs to be done. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office duties, QuickBooks and or light accounting experience required. Able to lift 40 pounds, go up and down stairs several times per day Must be 25 years of age. Must have reliable transportation, proven track record with at least 3 favorable professional references Background, drug screening and MVR required.
