Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to perform activities typical of pediatric therapy settings, including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting therapy materials (up to 25 lbs)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
• Work is primarily conducted in clinic and school environments with no significant occupational hazards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience or interest in pediatric, school-based, or outpatient clinic settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
• Ability to respond appropriately to behavioral, crisis, or emergency situations
• Bilingual skills preferred, based on organizational needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Eligible for credentialing to provide in-clinic services
• Ability to travel between clinic and school sites as assigned
