ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I've been an agent since 2017 and have a team of five. Before opening my agency, I worked in logistics, which gave me a strong foundation for running a fast-paced, results-driven business. I'm a proud graduate of Auburn University, married with one daughter, and actively involved with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce.
Our office is built on a strong family atmosphere where family truly comes first. It's a rewarding environment where hard work pays off, both professionally and financially. I'm looking for team members who are coachable, outgoing, fearless, ambitious, and have the potential to be strong leaders.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Erickson Sullivan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
