Business Development Manager- Pacific Northwest

About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Chemical Component) to lead sales coverage and market development in the aerospace sector. The role focuses on promoting Incora’s chemical products and solutions within a designated geographical territory, collaborating with inside and outside sales teams, and driving growth through customer relationships. Responsibilities Develop and expand the market for Incora’s chemical products and services in your assigned region. Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prospect, generate, evaluate, and develop qualified sales leads into favorable customer relationships. Research and present sales opportunities that align with each customer’s specific requirements and goals. Incorporate Incora’s sales initiatives, policies, and programs to support business plans and strategic objectives. Travel throughout the assigned region to meet existing and prospective customers and solicit new opportunities. Maintain the CRM database and scope potential opportunities for each prospect. Visit customers independently or in conjunction with other Incora functions to assess needs and present solutions. Meet or exceed annual sales goals, including bookings, gross profit dollar amounts, and gross profit percentages. Maintain professionalism, customer service, and client focus while building strategic partnerships. Communicate the status of current customer activities and new prospects throughout the Incora organization. Submit periodic sales reports and expenses in accordance with applicable policies and budgetary allowances. Attend scheduled and impromptu sales meetings, trainings, and company‑sponsored events as required. Qualifications Solid aerospace experience is essential. Knowledge of aerospace chemicals and MRO market is preferred. BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience. Current contacts and working relationships within the aerospace/industrial market. Strong team player with a history of personal self‑development. Business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. Proven sales experience demonstrating pro‑activity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Direct experience in chemical management services contracts and service provision is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with internal and external customers. Strong research skills with the ability to perform detailed investigations as required. Competency with integrated data systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, advanced Word, and Excel).
