It requires clear communication across all levels, driving store operations, merchandising, and business initiatives while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Responsibilities Guide and mentor associates through coaching, training, and performance management. Communicate expectations, business objectives, and change initiatives to teams. Model exceptional customer service aligned with the One Best Way (OBW) model. Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow. Develop and implement action plans to reduce shrink and meet sales and profit goals. Maintain compliance with company policies and support the Open Door policy. Promote a culture of belonging, respect, and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • 2 years of college; or • 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or • 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Facilities that sell firearms or ammunition must complete the required firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training, or hold a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
