Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Job Title: Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) Job Type: Independent Practice Opportunity Overview: This position is for physicians who want to establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. Physicians retain full clinical authority; MedCBO does not direct patient care. Physician Responsibilities: Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing, manage clinical quality, and ensure patient experience. Determine clinical services offered. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO: Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Requirements: MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred: Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location: Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Physician‑directed relocation and market selection, subject to licensure. Compensation: Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary.
