Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role in a high-paced, acute care environment involves utilizing critical nursing skills to provide exceptional emergency care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care
• Utilize EPIC charting and Pyxis medication administration
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 within a 40-bed unit
• Engage in a team nursing approach for patient care
• Participate in a Level 2 Trauma Center environment

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Minimum 2 years experience in an ER setting
• Current Indiana or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), TNCC or ATCN certifications
• NIHSS certification strongly preferred
