Senior Account Executive
Enlil, a Shifamed portfolio company, is an AI-powered, cloud-based Development Traceability Platform built for the MedTech industry. We help regulated product teams manage quality, compliance, and design traceability — faster and at a fraction of the cost of legacy platforms.
We're looking for a driven, self-directed Senior Account Executive to cover the Minnesota MedTech market. Minnesota is home to a dense concentration of medical device companies, including many mid-size and emerging innovators who are an ideal fit for Enlil. You will be assigned a list of named accounts to pursue, with the ability to propose additional targets for Enlil's approval.
Responsibilities, Skills, & Hands-On Experience:
- Identify and engage MedTech companies in your assigned territory (Minnesota).
- Introduce them to Enlil's platform, run discovery and demo conversations with key decision-makers, and drive deals through to close.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in our CRM.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of successful strategic account sales experience, preferably within SaaS, PLM, or other enterprise software domains.
- Medical device experience or domain expertise (ideal candidate has an established network within the Minnesota MedTech community) or medical device community.
- Track record of consultative B2B sales, and comfort selling software to quality, regulatory, or R&D stakeholders.
- Experience with QMS, PLM, or compliance platforms is a strong plus.
- Able to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and operate with integrity and professionalism.
Our salary ranges are calculated by role, level, and location. Please note that your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, location, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $125,000 - $150,000 + equity + benefits. The total on target earnings (OTE) per year is $200,000+.
