RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services. Assist walk-in customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Take payments by phone and in person. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Previous customer service experience with a water utility company preferred. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
