Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately. Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or up‑sell additional products and services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience required. Property & Casualty license required. Previous insurance experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
