Digital Manufacturing Project Manager

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and operations, is seeking an Enterprise Digital Manufacturing Project Manager to join their team. As an Enterprise Digital Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be part of the Digital Manufacturing department supporting the Product Supply organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Project Manager Location: Saint Louis, MO (Onsite with remote Fridays; local candidates preferred) What's the Job? Create detailed project plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes, and allocating resources within the digital strategy. Apply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the on-time launch and flawless execution of projects from concept to completion. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities, making effective decisions to address project coordination gaps or areas for improvement. Manage and control project budgets, providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections through development of project cost and status reports. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), create reports highlighting below-target KPIs, and support root cause analysis and solution implementation. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or relevant experience. 3 years of experience in a project management role; 5 years preferred. Ability to manage project budgets, cost center flows, and vendor cycles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like MS Project and Smartsheet. Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating cross-functional discussions and conflict resolution. What's in it for me?
