Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide clients with tailored coverage solutions that offer real peace of mind.

Serve as a lead point of contact for complex accounts, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and elevate the standard of client care.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy adjustments within our internal systems.

Foster a welcoming office environment by sharing expertise and providing guidance to newer team members.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client relationship management.

Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
