Program Excalibur’s Guidance Electronics Assembly (GEA) 2.0 program seeks a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. The role involves integration and verification (I&V), systems engineering, hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HWIL), cyber security, safety, and reliability. The program has completed Proof of Design (POD) and is entering the integration and testing phase, followed by Proof of Manufacturing (POM) before a qualification contract. What You Will Do Provide technical leadership for a cross‑disciplined engineering team focused on I&V and systems engineering. Manage cost, schedule, and Earned Value (EV) reporting. Conduct and organize technical reviews. Communicate status, accomplishments, issues, and assistance needs to program and functional leadership. Collaborate with program leadership and technical SMEs to define execution paths and reach consensus on technical decisions. Mentor and guide team members. Qualifications – Must Have Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. Program Manager Certification level 6 (or ability to obtain within first year). Prior leadership of I&V, systems, or equivalent technical teams developing requirements and verification methods. Experience conducting technical and programmatic reviews (Critical Design, Systems Requirements, Estimate At Completion). Experience in Risk & Opportunity management. Eligibility to obtain or possession of an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance before start. Qualifications – Preferred Experience collaborating across engineering disciplines to meet program milestones. Strong planning, prioritization, and task allocation skills. Excellent communication skills with program leadership and customers. Ability to conduct trade studies, analyses, and influence program decisions. Knowledge of projectile programs and development/testing of electrical subsystems. Experience with Design Verification Test (DVT), Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT), Live Battery Test (LBT), and van/mobile tests. Experience with requirements development, DOORS, architecture, ConOps, system and system of system (SoS) analyses. Experience managing specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICD), and Test Requirement Documents (TRD). Working knowledge of configuration management tools and documentation control processes.
