Sales Position
Doug Smith Autoplex is seeking exceptional individuals for an open sales position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and coachable, works well on a team and has a desire to be successful.
We are a high-volume dealer with a small sales floor, and have been a top-performing Utah dealer for over 35 years, with a simple mission statement that says "to provide outstanding service by treating others the way we like to be treated". We strive to give individuals a career with no limit to the amount you can earn. We have a low turnover rate and pride ourselves on making sure all employees have the maximum potential to succeed and have a great career. If succeeding and thriving are important to you then we will be a good fit.
Paid training for 6 months plus commission.

Small sales floor vs. number of sales = great potential for high volume.
Responsibilities
Helping facilitate customers in their automotive purchase or lease.
Become FCA certified.
Attend weekly training.
Qualifications
Valid license.
State background license check.
Drug test.
Copy of state driving record.
