Field Marketing Manager

Vaco Atlanta is working with a building materials distribution company in their search for a Field Marketing Manager . This is a permanent position that requiresheavy travel(50% on the road). Candidates to be considered must have access to a large airport and live in the Eastern United States (ETZ is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 3 days/week to various locations in the eastern US territory
• Serve as a liaison between branch operations and corporate
• Drive field-level marketing strategies as aligned with sales objectives
• Manage field events, customer engagement programs, trade shows and supplier initiatives
• Implement programs to increase customer retention and acquisition
• Strengthen supplier partnerships
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Targeting 7+ years of experience in a similar industry, ideally business-to-business distribution, construction, or building products
• Experience in field marketing, channel marketing, regional marketing, or sales support positions is REQUIRED.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must have successfully managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong financial skills and budget management experience is preferred.
