Cazares Farmers Agency. We pride ourselves on our positive and influential culture, where high expectations are met with high rewards. Our office features a regulation-size shuffleboard, ping pong table, and darts to foster a fun and collaborative environment. Our agency is divided into departments, with a dedicated support team managing the existing client book and a dynamic sales bullpen focused on generating new business. We quote around 800 households per month, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
We are seeking a motivated and Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. This role offers a base pay with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on production. We provide a supportive environment with warm leads and a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
Requirements
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Proactive individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Highly motivated person who consistently works towards achieving goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open to learning and accepting feedback to improve performance.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is a plus.
