In this position, you serve as the operational core of our campus: you control daily rhythm, safeguard focused learning time, and maintain tight execution so Guides can mentor without interruption. You will manage safety, facilities, and foundational tech administration while cultivating a welcoming, high-expectation environment for students and families. What You Will Be Doing Managing daily campus operations comprehensively to maintain the 2-Hour Learning schedule on track and distraction-free. Handling front-line tech support (device configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and coordinating handoffs with IT. Establishing trust with students, families, and staff through precise communication and reliable execution. Deploying and auditing campus safety protocols; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships. Enabling key activities—events, staff onboarding, supplies and facilities oversight—so the campus consistently meets a high standard. What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering instruction or designing curriculum; Guides own student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence. Operating from a remote office with limited visibility; your contributions directly enhance student results and family experience. Spending time on low-value tasks unrelated to accelerated learning; all your work connects to speed, safety, or quality. Site Coordinator Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive campus operations to ensure our campus runs punctually, to standard, and at a level that supports faster learning and outstanding family satisfaction. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree (any field) 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-service setting. Proven ability to remain composed under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and balance competing priorities independently. Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration. Clear, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community trust. Legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site in NYC, NY.
