Job Description:

Position Highlights:


- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Role: Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, ensuring established standards of care are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.


Key Responsibilities:


- Collect and analyze relevant health data to determine patient diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans with prescribed interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
- Assess patient progress and adjust plans accordingly for optimal care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a safe and healing environment.
- Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.

Job Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in an acute care facility, preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (required).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification (required).
