Aligned Talent Acquisition is working with a nationally recognized Am Law firm that is actively seeking a talented Finance Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office .

This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated financing transactions, complex deal structures, and representing major financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and finance, commercial lending, or leveraged finance transactions .

• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and other financing documentation .

• Familiarity with secured lending, acquisition financing, syndicated lending, or asset-based lending .

• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, or private equity sponsors.

• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and collaborate effectively with clients and deal teams.

• Leveraged finance and acquisition financing
