InSync is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Patient Services Representative to support front-office operations in a busy outpatient Flu and TB clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate patient registration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register and check in patients for clinic appointments.
• Verify demographic information, insurance, and required documentation.
• Maintain and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and handled with confidentiality.
• Communicate registration requirements and clinic processes clearly to patients.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow.
• Resolve missing or incomplete registration information.
• Perform general front-office administrative duties while managing multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with front-office administrative processes and patient registration.
• Experience performing patient check-in and verifying demographic information.
• Strong customer service experience in a patient-facing or public-facing environment.
• Ability to accurately review and verify documentation.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems or similar patient registration software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurately manage sensitive patient information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory care setting.
• Experience supporting flu, TB, vaccination, or seasonal health clinics.
• Familiarity with healthcare registration workflows.
• Experience working in a high-volume patient registration environment.
