What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners, build relationships, and offer custom HVAC solutions they'll love.
- Represent the Del-Air brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our top-quality systems and services.
- Drive your own success through proactive sales techniques and consultative conversations.
- Manage your pipeline like a pro with our company-provided tech tools.
- Hit your targetsand celebrate your wins with a generous commission plan + bonuses!
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of consultative, in-home sales experience (HVAC sales a huge plus!)
- A goal-crushing mindset and proven closing success
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and a comfort with digital tools
- A valid driver's license and a professional, polished appearance

- 5+ years of HVAC or retail sales experience
- Understanding the psychology of sales (know how to turn a "maybe" into a "YES!")
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
