Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Lead support groups for parents, focusing on issues related to adoption and placement, while addressing the needs of prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations for children, ensuring that assessments are age-appropriate and culturally competent.

• Plan and deliver informative training sessions for clients and other professionals, such as social workers and educators, to enhance community understanding and support.

• Regularly document client progress and treatment outcomes to maintain compliance and facilitate quality care.

This position centers on providing therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
