About the Role

We are a fast-growing provider of modern micro-markets, office coffee solutions, and high-tech vending services. We help local businesses, facilities, and hospitality venues upgrade their breakrooms and guest amenities with fresh food, premium beverages, and reliable service.

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated B2B Sales Representative to expand our client footprint across the region. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals for custom breakroom and vending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients, including corporate offices, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, healthcare facilities, and hotel/hospitality venues.
• Outreach & Field Sales: Conduct warm/cold outreach, phone calls, email campaigns, and direct field visits to secure meetings with facility managers, HR directors, and general managers.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct site evaluations to understand prospective client needs and propose tailored micro-market, coffee, or vending setups.
• Deal Closure: Present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly commission targets.
• Account Transition: Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and setup for new client locations.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, proposals, and pipeline status in our CRM.

Qualifications & Skills

• Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales, field sales, or business development experience.
• Hospitality Background a Plus: Prior experience in hotel management, hospitality sales, or food service/catering operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a consultative pitch style.
• Self-Starter: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently without direct supervision.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for multi-State/client visits.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Pay: $25.00 per hour (30 hours per week)
• Incentive: Uncapped commission structure on all signed contracts and new accounts
• Schedule: Flexible 30-hour work week (typically Monday–Friday, day shift)
