RAVN provides combat or high maneuver training for pilots, RDT&E, and maintenance services with its fully owned fleet of aircraft.**Job Description:*** Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements* Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services* Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly* Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables* Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities* Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy* Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance* Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state* Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components* Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently* Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations* Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
