• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with no weekends! Our hospital is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Mentorship for New Graduates: Our experienced Partner Veterinarian is available to provide mentorship, guidance, and support as you develop your clinical skills and confidence.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Active Arkansas veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
