Custom Machine Builder 1st Shift
Direct Hire | $2427/hr (based on experience)
Build complete machines from the ground up in a clean, well-organized shop. This is hands-on, custom workno repetitive assembly line production.

What You'll Do
- Assemble custom machinery using blueprints and schematics
- Build and integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly
- Complete basic wiring and electrical tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and shop equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineering support
What We're Looking For
- Experience with custom machinery or equipment assembly
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Solid mechanical assembly background
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Effective problem-solving abilities
Preferred (not required):
- Welding experience
- Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
- Experience with mills or lathes
- Forklift or crane operation

MondayFriday
- 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
