Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and individualized patient care plans
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Develop and support care delivery systems for a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• Active Oklahoma RN license required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for a broad patient population across multiple age groups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary care teams
