This skilled nursing facility delivers outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population requiring geriatric long-term care in Atlanta, Georgia. The facility operates with a collaborative, multidisciplinary support team that includes MD, APP, RN, and behavioral health staff to support consistent and quality clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to address the ongoing primary care needs of the resident population within a structured long-term care environment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a skilled nursing facility in Atlanta, Georgia, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass geriatric long-term care management and primary care services for the resident patient population. On-site support staff includes MD, APP, RN, and behavioral health professionals to facilitate daily clinical operations. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
