• Own the Floor: Monitor production lines to ensure the team is hitting all GMP and food safety standards.

• Call the Shots: If something isn’t right, you have the power to pause production, investigate deviations, and hold out-of-spec products.

- Monitoring manufacturing processes

- Perform line inspections

- Enforce GMP Standards
