Candy Ford Inc. has proudly served the Charlotte community for over 50 years, and we’re looking to add a skilled Automotive Service Technician to our growing service team.
If you take pride in performing quality repairs, delivering exceptional customer service, and following manufacturer standards, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford and other vehicle makes according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform repairs in accordance with Ford service procedures and warranty guidelines.
- Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Michigan State Automotive Certifications are required.
- Previous professional automotive technician experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Commitment to producing quality work while following OEM repair procedures.
- Ford training and certifications are a plus.
