Front Desk Agent On The River Inn

Part-Time Front Desk Agent (PM/AM Rotating) On the River Inn is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires availability for PM shifts (3:00 PM 11:00 PM), with occasional AM shifts (7:00 AM 3:00 PM). We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner Check guests in and out, ensuring: Accurate billing and payment processing Special requests are properly noted and fulfilled Guest information is recorded correctly Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails Make and confirm reservations Answer and assist with incoming phone calls Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to handle financial transactions accurately Comfortable using computers, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Friendly, guest-focused attitude A team player who enjoys working with people Flexibility to work additional hours during high-occupancy periods About Us On The River Inn is newly managed by Imprint Hospitality, a full-service hotel and restaurant management company specializing in lifestyle and boutique properties.
