Honda of Altoona, the newest addition to the Gurley Leep Automotive Group , is growing and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our close-knit team. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and earning great income, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Build rapport and guide customers through a stress-free, no-hassle buying experience
Help customers select the right vehicle and payment options for their lifestyle
Deliver a top-notch customer experience before and after the sale
Build long-term loyalty and transition customers to our Service Department

Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Prior sales experience, retail preferred
· Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
· Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
· Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
