Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I to execute production processes in a cGMP manufacturing environment in Fargo, North Dakota. The role involves operating equipment for cell culture, fermentation, chromatography, and fill-finish operations supporting nucleic acid and protein therapeutics on a Monday-Thursday evening shift.
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing unit operations including fermentation, chromatography, and final product fill
- Maintain safety-first mindset and ensure manufacturing areas meet audit standards
- Follow gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Document activities and maintain good manufacturing practice compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and understand English; apply basic math
- Capable of standing/sitting extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills for documentation and scheduling
- Previous manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures preferred
