Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes in the Otter Tail County area Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Qualifications Team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Ability to manage time, tasks and priorities effectively Compensation $75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
