Marketing Event Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day marketing operations for our North America team. This role suits someone who enjoys structuring information, picking up new tools quickly, and helping keep marketing processes and systems running smoothly.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.You'll build hands-on experience across event platforms, reporting, budget tracking, CRM systems, and cross-functional coordination — developing a strong foundation for a career in marketing, events, or operations.What You'll DoEvent SupportHelp build and update event registration pages, manage invitations, contacts, and registrations, and generate related reportsSupport onsite logistics such as attendee check-in and badge printing as neededApply data privacy practices to event-related work and help ensure complianceMonitor a shared event inbox, respond to routine attendee questions, and help clean and manage spreadsheet-based attendee/nomination listsReporting & AnalyticsCollect, organize, and validate data to support team reports and dashboardsPrepare and submit recurring reports using existing templatesTake ownership of select ad hoc reports and dashboardsData Privacy SupportHelp track marketing activities for compliance purposes, support internal and external audits, and help maintain adherence to relevant data protection policiesFinancial & Administrative SupportAssist with contracts, invoices, and payment processing through internal systemsSupport budget tracking and maintenance, including spreadsheet updates and gathering inputs from internal stakeholdersWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)A few years of professional experience, including some exposure to marketing, events, operations, xhyhwjd or project coordinationStrong spreadsheet and presentation software skillsComfortable learning new software tools quickly; familiarity with event management platforms, CRM systems, or BI/reporting tools a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationNice to HaveExposure to event management or registration platformsFamiliarity with CRM or marketing automation toolsExperience with dashboards or data visualizationInterest in building a long-term career in marketing operations or event production
