We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Marketing Coordinator to assist with the organization and delivery of in-person marketing campaigns. This position supports promotional activities by helping coordinate daily assignments, maintaining accurate campaign information, and ensuring customers receive clear and consistent communication about featured products and services.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with team members to keep marketing activities organized, respond to customer inquiries, and support the successful completion of scheduled promotional programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance hands-on customer interaction with coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities associated with assigned marketing campaigns and promotional programs.

• Review campaign schedules, objectives, and materials to support daily execution.

• Assist with communicating promotional information to prospective and existing customers.

• Provide customers with details regarding featured products, services, and available offers.

• Help ensure promotional messaging remains accurate and consistent across campaign activities.

• Organize marketing resources and prepare materials for scheduled promotional assignments.

• Maintain updated campaign reference documents and informational resources.

• Assist with customer inquiries related to active marketing programs.

• Support the distribution and presentation of promotional materials.

• Communicate changes to campaign information and daily priorities to relevant team members.

• Maintain basic records of campaign activity, customer inquiries, and participation.

• Help monitor the availability and condition of promotional supplies and materials.

• Assist with coordinating customer engagement activities during scheduled campaigns.

• Identify recurring customer questions and communicate relevant observations to the team.

• Review campaign updates and ensure current information is available for customer discussions.

• Support the organization of customer-facing promotional areas and resources.

• Assist with resolving routine questions related to campaign activities and procedures.

• Work with colleagues to complete scheduled marketing assignments efficiently.

• Participate in campaign briefings and provide updates on assigned activities.

• Complete additional marketing coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Comfortable communicating directly with customers.

• Ability to manage several assignments and maintain accurate information.
