HAC Prevention Nurse Coordinator - Hybrid Clinical/Quality

Saint Bernards Medical Center is seeking a HAC Prevention Coordinator within Nursing Administration. The role blends direct patient care with frontline surveillance to prevent hospital-acquired conditions. You will perform structured daily audits, including pressure injury prevention and CVL/ Foley maintenance, while supporting nursing staff to close gaps in care.
