HAC Prevention LPN: Quality & Safety Champion

Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a Hospital-Acquired Condition (HAC) Prevention Coordinator. This hybrid clinical/quality role combines direct patient care with frontline surveillance within Nursing Administration to prevent HACs. You will conduct structured daily audits, including pressure injury prevention, Foley catheter maintenance, CVL maintenance, and peripheral IV care, while supporting nursing staff to close care gaps and drive unit- and hospital-level quality improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
