Overview Job#: 3035165 Job Title: Business Analyst – Network Infrastructure Location: Denver, CO OR St. Louis, MO; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Duration: Long term contract w/ potential to go full time We are seeking a Business Analyst to support initiatives across both customer and corporate network environments for a leading telecommunications organization. This role will partner with project managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to support network infrastructure and data center-related projects, including greenfield initiatives. The Business Analyst will focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to enable successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements Support project teams by coordinating between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership Analyze existing processes and assist in identifying improvements or efficiencies Create and maintain project documentation, including: Business requirements documents (BRDs), Functional requirements, Process flows and gaps Assist in tracking project progress, risks, and dependencies Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions Support testing and validation efforts to ensure requirements are met Maintain clear and consistent communication across project teams Example Project Exposure The Business Analyst may support initiatives such as: Load balancer certification and automation processes Network inventory migration or implementation efforts Private cloud network buildouts Required Qualifications Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure projects Basic understanding of network infrastructure or data center environments Ability to gather and translate business needs into clear requirements Strong documentation and organizational skills Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments Exposure to network-related concepts (routing, switching, load balancing) Familiarity with standard BA tools and methodologies (process mapping, requirements documentation) What This Role Is NOT This role is not focused on application development or software product delivery Candidates with only software-focused BA experience without infrastructure exposure may not be a fit Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
