Division Manager - Kid's Apparel

Our client, a popular children's apparel brand, is seeking an Account Director to join the team in NYC! **Onsite 5 days a week Responsibilities: Develop and execute a growth strategy for Walmart business Find and develop new avenues for growth by evaluating consumer trends, product opportunities, assortment needs, pricing, and the way products are positioned in the marketplace Analyze competitive market and translate those insights into differentiated products and business opportunities Proactively develop new programs and concepts to showcase to the retailer team Serve as a strategic partner to the customer, developing relationships across the organization and becoming a trusted resource for both day-to-day decisions and larger business initiatives Represent the business in important customer presentations, meetings and leadership discussions, while maintaining visibility across potential initiatives and driving opportunities toward measurable sales and distribution gains Lead a team of Account Managers Work cross-functionally with merchandising, PD, Design, planning, etc. Lead line reviews Build a high-performing account organization by setting priorities, developing team capabilities, and creating a culture focused on finding and pursuing opportunities. Requirements: 10-12+ years’ experience in account management across apparel or consumer goods Bachelors Degree required Children's apparel knowledge Current experience managing Walmart business Commercially driven with strong selling and negotiation skills Strong presentation, leadership, and relationship-building abilities High organized and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
