About the Role:
Vibrant Assisted Living in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Provider to join our growing team. - Provide direct care and personal assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Support clients in community integration and social activities
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all residents
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
