Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to supervise on-site operations and financial functions for our housing communities. This role focuses on leasing, collections, staff management, and compliance with housing guidelines. You will support the Community Manager, ensure timely rent collection, and help meet budgeted revenues while maintaining resident satisfaction.
