Guest Experience Ambassador

Job Summary Welcome Host is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. Located at a reception desk, the Welcome Host will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office, making them feel comfortable, directing them to their appointments and meetings, and assisting them during their visit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a positive attitude and sense of hospitality. Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests. Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests to ensure they are delighted and satisfied during their arrival, throughout their stay, and as they depart. Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize utilization. Follow all access procedures and ensure guests have proper visitor badges. Work closely with other departments to ensure high quality experience for all guests. Prepare and maintain the reception area daily to ensure a welcoming environment. Learn and provide information about the office, building, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest. Respond to inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
