Job Overview - 1st and 2nd Shift Available

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Forklift Operator's to join a Fast Paced Distribution Environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in unloading and loading containers and trucks, stacking pallets, and transporting pallets within the facility. Additionally, candidates will posses a strong foundation of experience with an electric sit-down counterbalance experience.

Responsibilities

Operate Electric Sit-Down Counterbalances
Perform manual handling tasks such as order picking, heavy lifting, and materials transfer with precision and safety.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and assist with order picking activities.
Support shipping and receiving operations by organizing goods for distribution or storage according to warehouse procedures, and loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks.
Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and internal safety protocols during all equipment operation and materials handling tasks.

Experience

Proven experience operating Electric Sit Down Forklifts
Proven experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a RF Scanner for inventory control and order processing.
Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order picking, or warehouse distribution is highly desirable.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments ensures safe work practices are followed consistently.
Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and documentation accuracy are essential.
