Job DescriptionOnboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products to provide a smooth, seamless onboarding experience with Treasure Management products. Serves as the main point of contact between the customer representative and U.S. Bank during the implementation process via phone or email, conducts onboarding activities, performs analyses, monitors, and tracks implementation requests from point of sale to customer use. Builds up positive customer relationship by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality exceeding customers’ expectation.
