We are looking for a talented Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN physician to become part of our team at the Westside Medical Center located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to women's health and demonstrate the capability to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care. As a member of our integrated and compassionate team, which includes physicians, nurse midwives, rotating OBGYN and Family Medicine residents, as well as supportive clinical and administrative staff, you will provide a combination of obstetric and gynecological services. You will benefit from 24/7 support in the Labor & Delivery unit, with dedicated on-site anesthesia and pediatric services, a nursery equipped to care for neonates 35 weeks and older, and an average of 120 deliveries each month.

Our OBGYN physicians can anticipate the following:

• Participating in shared call coverage

• Collaborating within a highly skilled, collegial team that prioritizes patient-centered care

• Utilizing an advanced Epic EMR system along with a virtual scribe service

As part of our organization, OBGYN physicians can expect:

$363,600 to $459,300 - Estimated Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Base Salary: $277,100 to $337,900

• 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including a pension (This is not a matching contribution; we provide an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement plans regardless of employee contributions)

• Health plan with over 90% employer coverage

• Paid annual education leave plus a $2,000 annual education allowance

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

In addition to the Estimated Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:

• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
