Senior Wastewater Engineer

Job Summary To join our Water/Wastewater team as a Senior Wastewater Engineer, designing and delivering innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals. Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline. Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects. Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations. 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects. Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients. Experience with multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Location & Eligibility Open to candidates residing in Western Wisconsin or Eastern Minnesota. Preferred candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in their application. Compensation Base salary range: $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
