Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold an active SLP license in Georgia
• Current and valid GaPSC SLP Educator Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school settings or with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation as required by school and state regulations
• Collaborate with general education and special education teams to maximize student outcomes
• Facilitate Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to creation of IEP goals
• Provide ongoing consultation and support for families and educators
• Adapt therapy approaches according to individual needs and evolving student goals
