By helping maintain safe and efficient operations, you'll contribute to customer success, equipment reliability, and Xylem's mission of advancing sustainable water solutions worldwide. ** What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to obtain a TWIC card. + 0-2 years of technical experience. + Customer service experience. + Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices. + Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills. + Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. + Ability to operate a company vehicle **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous field service experience. + Mechanical troubleshooting experience. + Electrical troubleshooting experience, a plus! + Experience working with industrial equipment. + Experience with Pumps or Water treatment equipment is a plus! ** Skills That Will Help You Succeed** + Mechanical aptitude + Electrical troubleshooting + Problem-solving skills + Customer-focused mindset + Communication skills + Critical thinking + Time management + Adaptability + Safety awareness + Team collaboration + Ability to work independently when needed ** Travel Requirements** This position requires regular travel to customer locations. **Travel: 50% or more, local.** ** What We Offer** ✅ Generous PTO and paid holidays, 20 days from day 1 ✅ Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match with profit sharing ✅Compensation , the estimated pay rate for the position is $30 - 35 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
