Our In-Home (in-person) BCBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typical averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus. $5,000 Schedule Premium: Boost your base salary by $5,000 just for choosing our 12:00PM – 8:00PM, Monday through Friday schedule.
